Renzo Gracie Team Scores at JJWL’s American Open

The Renzo Gracie Los Angeles BJJ Competition team, which includes competitors from 5 Star Martial Arts, Common Ground BJJ, and Espiritu BJJ competed at the Jiu Jitsu World League American Open on Saturday, July 27th. We had 16 competitors take the mats to showcase their skills and grapple against very tough competitors from around the Southern California region. The team show heart, determination, technique, and sportsmanship throughout the day. The Renzo Gracie Team was in the Top 10 overall team standings for most of the day and secured 14 overall medals with 3 gold medals,  6 silver medals, and 5 bronze medals.
